Accessibility Statement

TERRA IóN is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Ley 11/2023, which transposes into Spanish law Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act).

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that most requirements are met, but some content is not yet accessible. The limitations we know about are listed below and are being worked on.

Non accessible content

We are aware of the following limitations:

• In the booking calendar each day is announced only as its day number, and availability is distinguished by colour alone. With a screen reader, selecting a bookable day is therefore not reliably possible at the moment.
• The video on the home page starts automatically and loops without a way to pause it.
• In the contact form and on the voucher page, some input fields are not programmatically associated with their label and offer no autocomplete.
• The legal texts (terms, privacy policy, legal notice) are available in Spanish only and are not marked up as Spanish content when the page is viewed in another language.

How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on 17 September 2026. It is based on an internal self assessment: a review of the source code and the delivered pages against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA, including a calculated contrast check of every colour value. No external certification exists. The contrast values of the brand and interface colours were revised in September 2026.
