DEDICACIóN Experience

DEDICACIóN is the wine we put the most of ourselves into. This tasting is our way of showing what that means.

We welcome you with a glass of wine and take you out for a short walk through the vineyard, to see where it all begins and how the vines rest in winter.

Then we head inside. At the bar in our wine cave, the pace slows down. We open REBELIóN first, then pour DEDICACIóN Blanco and DEDICACIóN Tinto, each from two different vintages, side by side. Same vines, same hands, a different year. Tasting them together is the clearest way to understand how much each season leaves in the glass.

Alongside the wines, a platter of cheeses we’ve paired with the wines.

Two hours, a small group, and plenty of time for questions. Only in winter.
