Notice Period
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your tasting appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the tasting cost per person.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled tasting without prior notice will be considered no-shows and charged the full tasting fee per person.

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please email us at hola@terra-ion.com with your booking reference number.
Weather-Related Cancellations
In the event of severe weather conditions, Bodega Terra IóN reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel bookings to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. Affected guests will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund.
